Resitour - Perneri Three Bedroom Villas

For a week in August this was great value !! Pool was lovely kitchen good location ok yes you need a car but most villas you do 1.6km to restaurants and bakery Supermarket the same all in all a good all round value villa

The villa has a few loose tiles and a bit of touching up would not go a miss but for the price you can not grumble . The only real moan i would have is the lack of glasses in the kitchen , for the sake of £20 for a few glasses would have made a big difference we bought some plastic disposable ones and like I said for the money nothing major to moan about The cleaners and rep were very good and helpful

Very private place to stay. I also liked the restaurants and taverns in the Tala village centre, which were not right next door and we normally used car to reach them, but still close enough - just a few minutes drive from the villa. I find it being a good compromise between staying in a quiet private place with a beautiful view downhill, but have all the facilities close-by.

Maybe some additional kitchen utensils would help. We bought a new little pan, as the old one was very worn-off and a small hand orange juicer. Left them there for the next guests to use. :)

Location, perfect weather in July, the pool which overflows over the trees.

Nice house with beautiful sunset view! The pool was great for the children. You need a car if you stay here, but we knew it in advance so for us it was exactly what we expected- quiet and secluded. 2 minutes away by car there is a supermarket and a very nice restaurant! Also, the owner was easy to get in contact with through our stay.

When we arrived, there was cigarette smell in the villa 😩 . We opened all the windows and ventilators, but it still bothered us. We contacted the owner through Booking and they answered the next morning , and offered to send someone at noon and maybe change the villa, but we have already unpacked and decided to remain. Also, and really important- the mattress in our room was really uncomfortable 😐 and we didn't sleep so well.....

loved the villa. super comfortable. highly recommended.

there was a few hours on the first day that we did not have any running water in the villa, however the owner was quick to respond and work on it. no basic amenities in the kitchen.
