Resitour - Perneri Three Bedroom Villas

While my family (father, mother and brother) and my husband went to the beach, a thief entered the house and robbed us, I met him.

Two days before the end of the trip, my husband took the family to the sea, I worked in the villa on the computer. At this time, a thief climbed into our villa, from which we met, since he was apparently sure that there was no one in the house and stole all the cash from the wallet of my husband and father (1500 euros and 100 zlotys). I tried to call the police, no one answered the phone for a long time, I called the number in the reservation and they were absolutely NOT surprised and gave me two other phone numbers. The police came to us, then I spent an hour at the Paphos police station. Since my father’s money was hidden in a wallet in the closet, it is not at all obvious, I dare to assume that he knew where it was. The vacation is ruined, I don’t recommend this villa, the manager just said “Madam, it’s your problem.” I was scared to spend the night in the house. The whole family was nearby. The alarm system in the villa does not work. (I am attaching confirmation). Now my lawyer is trying to get a copy of the statement from the police, they didn’t give it to me, and I couldn’t take photographs either. Booking support is super guys, as soon as I receive confirmation of the application, I’ll send it to them immediately.

There was nothing we disliked.

Did not stay in original booked advertised Villa. The one photographed & used on the website was changed by host at the last minute (literally whilst on route to Cyprus) due to issues with the swimming pool. Told we were to stay in an identical adjacent villa next door which clearly wasn't identical!! Despite supposed issues with the pool in the original villa, we saw various other visitors stay there, some holding pool parties late into the night, keeping us awake. The substitute Villa that we stayed in had a damaged swimming pool itself (multiple areas of the mosaic tiling missing leaving exposed cement including under the water creating risk of injury to cuts ). We raised this in an email to the host but failed to get any response to these concerns The substitute Villa itself is very tired & dated & in need of investment/ updating (paint peeling off the walls internally etc) Our privacy was also interrupted on several occasions by unannounced visits by various workmen just arriving at the property!! On one occasion early morning we were sitting outside on the patio having breakfast when a man acknowledged us from the bottom of the garden (don't know how he got there) who then proceeded to start cutting the foliage with a chain saw etc. This went on for ages causing us to abandon breakfast & retreat indoors due to all the noise!!) We've visited Cyprus since 2010 & always rented a villa & have always had a great experience until this one. Left feeling mislead about the original villa issues that prevented us staying there & the replacement villa was a very poor substitute, with pool issues of its own, which spoilt our holiday. Definitely not worth the money spent renting & won't return to this venue again

The security alarm had a fault and would beep loudly intermittently, day & night The flooring near the bbq area needs removing as it spoils the look of the property

Absolutely loved our stay. The Villa has some really nice views and has all the amenities. Every room in the Villa even had AC. The staff was one of the nicest staff I have encountered. Only good words and emotions after staying there. Also the pool was really nice 👍

Nice place, good view and a pool

Seems AC was out in one of the rooms. Also there was a problem and misunderstanding about water pump. There is a switch in odd place (from other parts in EU, it seems even odd to have so many switches for everithing. Also hosts tried to help but gave a wrong instruction (probably misunderstanding with house numbers) But at the end we found the switch and were back to shower

Great views, location and pool

Could have done with some little touches such as kitchen cleaning materials, tea towels and some lamps in the rooms…lighting a bit all or nothing. The car parking takes some clutch control as well
