The Suci Sari Ubud

The pool was lovely. The warung opposite the villa was great.

There was no sofa bed in the property as advertised. There was no comfortable lounge - only two outdoor recliner lounges, and a very small 2 seater couch on the balcony upstairs. The upstairs bedroom is very warm and even with the aircon set on the lowest setting it only made it just comfortable. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept in. It was rock hard! The location isn’t great - the road is too narrow to walk. It cost 100k to get from the Palace back to the villa. The bathrooms and kitchen were not very clean on arrival.

The bathrooms needs to be maintained better, the bidet didn’t really work, the shower didn’t have enough or strong power

The staff were great and very helpful. There is a fantastic restaurant just across from our villa. I found breakfast was very enjoyable with a great selection of juices.

The bed was a bit hard. And the common area/kitchen was open and couldn’t be locked, my husband didn’t like this.

Beautiful property, so private and you are made to feel welcome. Love the area. Would love to stay there again

you are a good 15 to 20 min walk to town and need to be a little bit organised with getting a taxi as the taxi app never had someone available out there.

Amazing helpful friendly staff, gorgeous pool and gardens.

Very narrow road to walk into town. Beds were really hard and sheets were showing alot of wear.

The breakfast was excellent.

The washrooms need to be updated a bit.

The villa was nice, the pool was amazing. It was nice to have our own rooms.

It needs a good deep clean soap stains on bath, upstairs bathrooms needed to be aired out between visits. No sitting area like a lounge to entertain. Only a kitchen table.
