The Suci Sari Ubud

Lovely little villa. Nice pool and large bedrooms. Great for families.

Close to Ubud centre (15 min walking), esthetic villa great pool, their driver was helpful and offered lower fare compared to on-line taxis.

The breakfasts were rather simple and not of the highest quality, the fruits seemed not super fresh occasionally. The external kitchen area was the only place the staff cleaned each day which is bad if you're coming for a full week like us. The aircon in one of the bedrooms was too loud to sleep.

The location. It is just out of the centre but has everything you need at your door step. The staff were lovely and made a great breakfast

Last time we stayed there was a tv and cable in each room. This time there was only 1 tv and only local channels. Not the end of the world but a comfort missed.

We loved the friendly staff, the pool was lush, I loved my bed and pillows! Shower was fantastic! So private and people always around if you needed them !

The staff were delightful and always helpful, the ambiance was beautiful, as was the design of the Villa and the pool. The location was very convenient with a choice of restaurants, a mini-markert and a number of spas all within walking distance. We would be happy to return.

The only negative about the location was the traffic noise. And it was a bit sad that the facilities weren't maintained as they deserved to be - although beautiful in design and materials, the bathroom basin, bath and shower floor weren't scrubbed clean and plugs didn't work. Supplies like toilet paper and tissues weren't automatically supplied when needed - we had to ask .

The villa was very clean, big and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and nice. Also the pool area was great!

The bathrooms and one of the bedrooms had water damage. There was visible mold and we had reactions to it.
