Lo mejor del hotel fue el guía que conocimos Mr.Dee tras alojarnos una noche allí nos organizó gran parte del viaje y nos llevó a varios sitios una persona muy buena y de la que estoy muy contento de haber conocido tanto yo como mi pareja

Nothing. Absolutely nothing .

I paid for a stay I didn't use. The ingress to the location is a narrow concrete bridge over a drain laden with grills. The place is infested with rats and mosquitoes, and I need this amount to be refunded to me.

Nothing at all worst property we ever stayed in. Do not stay at this property. The worst place ever. Doesn’t look like the photos. This property shouldn’t even be listed on booking. Com.

Everything from villa to area everything. Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Infested with rats and geckos, dirty disgusting sheets on bed, shower full of dirt and grim, had to leave the property very next day. Owner has refused to pay back my remaining money. Do not waste your time and energy.

It’s not what you see from the pictures. And villa is situated far away from city area and have to walk through paddy field. Small walking path. Bathroom and toilet is not even cleaned properly. No toiletries provided. They are not changing towels either. Not even bed sheet. Tv is not working. Kitchen area is out but zero facilities. Not even a kettle provided to make cup of coffee. We had to ask them but they asked us to boil in a pot. Room doors are so hard to close and open. Pool is not clean either. Staff barely speak English nor they understand English. Quite area but I don’t recommend this place. No cleanliness. Zero quality service. We had to ask for water bottles to supply. First they said it’s not included which is not true. It’s just bad experience overall. Pictures that shows here is not what you get to see in real! It’s an old villa. Bathroom and toilet doesn’t even have doors. 1/10 so bad!

"Tranquil & Authentic Ubud Stay amongst Rice Paddies"

The location was perfect for us. Out of the city, fresh air, relaxing and quiet. Driver service no problem. Ubud city not far drive outside of peak traffic. The staff are friendly and amazing. I will come back again!
