Villa Kandy

Het zwembad was heerlijk. De eigenaar aardig. De opzichter zegt niets, loopt alleen af en toe rond. Niet vervelend maar een hello zou prettiger zijn. Kamers en douche prima voor elkaar. Keuken, waterkoker en broodrooster prima. Met de bus ben je zo in Kandy of een tuktuk is ook gemakkelijk te regelen.

Je kunt niet even eitje bakken ofzo dat is toch wel fijn als je een keukentje hebt.

Spalnice so bile ciste, ostalo katastrofa.

Kuhinja je dotrajana in razpada. Smrdi in posode so umazane. Nemogoce si je skuhati kavo, kaj sele kaj drugega Televizor ne dela. Bazen je okrusen in umazan. Otroci so se na razbitih ploscicah v bazenu porezali. Za manjsi denar smo naslednje dni uzival v vilii ob morju s cistimi sobami.

Eigenaar was heel behulpzaam en had leuke tips. Zijn vrouw heeft ook voor ons gekookt. Was erg leuk en lekker.

Zwembad is wat verouderd

The villa was as described and very clean. The host was very courteous and attentive. He arranged a Banana Leaf evening meal and breakfast for us prepared by his wife. All the food was delicious! He was also able to organise Tuk Tuks for our stay and we were well looked after. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is not a 5* hotel and so don't expect thoses fixtures and fittings, but each room has a comfy bed, and en-suite toilet and shower and was very clean. There is a pool but we didn't use it. Everything you need. A great base to explore the amazing city of Kandy.

Please be ware that there is a caretaker that lives in the house with you, although in separate rooms. If you are not expecting it, it can be a little disconcerting.

Bella villa con piscina. Pulizia buona, magari sarebbe meglio se ci fosse qualche accortezza in più. Colazioni nella media. Abbiamo anche cenato in loco. Senza infamia e senza lode.

Właściwie nic.

Przede wszystkim obiekt jest bardzo brudny. W pokojach, szczególnie w trzeciej sypialni unosi się bardzo intensywny zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci. Moskitiery były bardzo brudne i podziurawione, szafki w kuchni lepiły się i generalnie unosił się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, szczególnie z dolnych szafek, w których było też sporo śmieci i brudnych szmat. Willa ma również lokatora - na tyłach domu mieszka starszy pan, określany przez właściciela jako pracownik. Pan korzysta w przestrzeni wspólnych co automatycznie oznacza, że nie wynajmujemy willi sami dla siebie. Brak jakiejkolwiek intymności. Woda w basenie brudna, nie skorzystaliśmy, a brzegi basenu cały czas pozostają nienaprawione (odniesienie do wcześniejszych komentarzy) Bardzo wolne WiFi. Bardzo nieprzyjemny pobyt.

Wij wilde een privé locatie omdat wij ook familie bezoek zouden krijgen. Dus daar was dit een prima adres voor. Maar volgende keer boeken wij toch iets anders. De eigenaar is een zeer aanwezige en onprettige man. Hij wilde elke dag om 06:30 het zwembad komen schoonmaken maar daar hebben we gelijk een stokje voor gestoken. Tevens moesten we extra betalen voor gas wat we zouden gebruiken tijdens het koken (wat bijzonder is want je huurt een huis dus dit zou er gewoon bij moeten zitten). Het oogt in eerste instantie schoon maar dat is het zeker niet. Je zit even buiten het centrum dus je hebt wel vervoer nodig om het centrum in te gaan. Als je het terrein afloopt kom je bij een drukkere weg en daar zou je eventueel ook een tuk tuk kunnen aanhouden. Het zwembad ziet er opzich goed uit, maar doordat het bij ons regende hebben we die niet gebruikt. Het verblijf is te duur voor wat je krijgt.
