"Great location and very well equipped villa."

The property and location are fantastic. The villa is spacious and well thought out with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The only very minor issue with the villa itself were the sunshade umbrellas- both were broken beyond repair which made being in the sun by the pool during the day a little tricky. Other than this, no issues. And Yes, there is considerable construction nearby - the work started around 7:30 and didn’t stop till 16:00 - there were some noisy days and some quieter days, but it didn’t really have a negative effect on the holiday.

Lovely villa set up a hill so has a little breeze and excellent views. Currently a lot of development around the area but didn’t disturb us. The villa has all you would need and sitting areas around the property to either enjoy sun or shade throughout the day. Air conditioning throughout all rooms. Great kitchen and utensils for cooking. 7 minute walk to beachside and restaurants. WiFi very good. Netflix, Apple and Prime available on flat screen smart tv. Lovely pool, great loungers. Felt very spacious. Local Cyprus cat and wildlife to keep us company when we stepped out!

Not the property’s fault but there were a lot of dogs barking around the area at night whilst we were there. No introductory booklet to the villa and where to find stuff. The parasols were broken but end of season & windy spot, landlord said they are replaced yearly.

Really nice location close to Latchi harbour. Spacious and airy with 2 bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen. The pool was clean and plenty of loungers were provided.

Cooked our own breakfast and ate out at the local restaurants. The accommodation was top class and within a perfect location just a few minutes from Latchi and its facilities.

Nothing was negative about the Villa and all the local area with its lovely restaurants, bars and beaches all within east reach. All the locals are friendly and kind.
