"Katberg is a very special place but the facilities and Villasneeds"

The setting is amazing and the gholf course phenomenal.

The house was really not clean at all. The mattresses are old and the bedding full of holes. The fridge wasn't cooling efficiently and the oven didn't seal properly. This meant that we struggled to cook and enjoy our food.

Beautiful setting

Didn’t have sharp knives for cutting bread, meat etc. Little things like shelves in cupboards that had collapsed and not been but back and a tile in the bathroom that had come off and not been replaced. Towels for the bathrooms were clean but now looking a little threadbare. They probably need to be replaced.

"prachtig gelegen, fraaie villa, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel"

Ontbijt was prima voor elkaar! Wel een grote afstand tussen ons verblijf en de Manor (kwartier, 20 minuten lopen) Zwembad lekker (wel koud, maar verklaarbaar vanwege het najaar). Huisje ruim en fraai gelegen met zicht op de golfbaan. We hadden pech met de auto en na bellen kwam de technische man ons tegemoet rijden (half uur!), hielp ons en reed achter ons aan. De volgende morgen heeft hij onze auto eerst nagekeken en koelvloeistof meegegeven: hulde!!

We kwamen aan om 5 uur, kregen de sleutel bij de gate. Kregen toen te horen dat het restaurant al dicht was. Ze regelden toen een braaipakket voor ons zodat we bij ons huisje toch wat te eten hadden. handig als er in de map van het huisje ook een kaart wordt opgenomen met waar alles is gesitueerd op het terrein (omdat het groot is). De weg er naar toe is erg slecht (zandpad vol kuilen).
