Please note that the sea can be loud at night and might not be comfortable for light sleepers. Monkeys live around the property and may pay a visit. Late check-in after 8 PM is not allowed. Our check-in time is 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Please change your stay date, or you can stay at a nearby hotel and check in the next day. Please be advised that our property is only reachable by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guests should be reasonably fit and able to climb stairs to reach their room. We recommend that guests avoid bringing heavy or bulky luggage, as this may pose a challenge when climbing the stairs. For guests who require additional assistance with their luggage, we have porters available upon request for a nominal fee. Great location, beautiful views, nice beach to swim at and the staff were lovely. Property had your traditional Bali feel and we loved it. Only thing to note is that there is no blinds in the bedroom so does get quite hot during the day but is cool enough at night.

I enjoyed every day of my stay in this villa with unbelievable ocean view and easy access to beach without tourists. Perfect location and not far from the Main Street with plenty of restaurants! I also wanted to highlight the hospitality level and helpfulness of the staff! A huge thank you to Rez for very warm welcoming, for being attentive to us and checking up on us daily, helping with luggage, providing us with guidance and all the necessary information and recommendations about restaurants, wellness centers, massage places etc! Highly recommend this place to fully experience beach life with breathtaking Bali sunsets!

So grateful Rez and his team met us as I was concerned about the descent. Rez went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We loved every element of the room and stay.
