The facilty overall was great.

The staff were good, however, the chef / cook at the action station was rigid and unhospitable. When asked if the spring rolls can be sent to the table as he was frying them because the already fried ones were over, he rigidly asked me to tell F&B. Certainly, the first time I experienced it. To the contrary the following morning, when a foreigner asked for something, he accompanied them to assist. I suppose being local has it's disadvantages. On the other hand, two other waiters including the bartender, were exceptionally good. Kudos to them. Obviously, I hope the villa management will provide necessary feedback snd training to the chef.

The location and the facility is great, the staff is excellent, the dinner spread and breakfast spread is limited but excellent food. Amazing taste. All what was in the buffet was amazing. The service is exceptional. I would rate it 9.5 out of 10

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Bungalows in einer sehr großzügigen und idyllischen Gartenanlage mit Pool, einem Spa und Fitnessbereich direkt am wilden Strand der Westküste. Das Personal und der Service allgemein waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebevoll - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen (Halpension) waren toll. Es gab immer eine breite Auswahl an regionalen und internationalen Gerichten so das definitiv kein Geschmack zu kurz kam. Für uns war es nach der Ankunft in Sri Lanka der perfekte Start in den Urlaub, um sich in den ersten Tagen akklimatisieren zu können.
