The owner and his wife was really friendly, property was clean and private, Hot water was available.

The host, the view, the quiet around, the swimming pool, (early morning swimming was so cool), distance to Omodos....... Well. Definitely a place to return to.

We stayed there for one night in the middle of April, and it seemed like the house wasn’t ready for rent yet, despite its high price. The pool was dirty: muddy water and tons of insects inside. And it’s good to know that it’s not heated. There was strange smell of burnt plastic inside, lots of flies in the house. Very bad flush in the toilet (we had to use bucket and pool water), not working electric kettle, toilet door handle just fell off. For such money this all seemed just indecent. And be ready that it’s not in Omodos itself - it’s about 20-25 min walking along the road

Definitely going back ! First and foremost Philippos is great , made us very comfortable and answered all our questions and came several times to make our stay better The property is beautiful with spectacular views , very comfortable, huge outside area perfect for our pups who had the best time! The bed was also super comfortable with warm sheets and all the rooms were very clean . Philippos helped us with the fireplace which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Incorrect description of Facilities. Only one bathroom (no Additional bathroom) with shower (no Hot tub). It was critical for us.
