Villa Carolina with private heated pool

Beautiful villa with large pool area with extra kitchen for barbecues. All bedrooms good size. Lovely balcony for the evening.

Floors can be bit slippery so with kids had to keep reminding them to dry of after pool swim , as marble floors not great if wet .

Die Ferienunterkunft liegt abseits des Massentourismus und hat voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Ausreichend Platz für 11 Personen, der beheizte Pool hatte eine angenehme Badetemperatur (26 - 28 Grad), es gab einen großzügigen Außenbereich mit Liegen und Grillmöglichkeit. Es gab sogar einen extra kleinen Kinderpool für unsere 3-jährige. Anja (deutschsprachig) hat uns herzlich empfangen, unsere Wünsche realisiert (bspw. eine zweite Kaffeemaschine gebracht) und uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Der Reiterhof und das Restaurant Santa Margarita waren fußläufig zu erreichen.

The villa was great, plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor area is fantastic. The heated pool and outdoor kitchen / bbq area really allows you to make the most of sunny days at the pool.

Main living room area is a little cold in the mornings and nights due to large open plan area but we were supplied with heaters to make it more comfortable and it really helped for those early mornings with kids. Probably fine in the summer months but as it was March mornings and nights are a little cooler.

Esta localizada na margem de uma aldeia cheia de obras e construção inacabadas Os quartos tem colchões muitos usados Internet nao funciona e a proprietaria diz não tem solução Aer condicionado tem so um quarto e resto da casa estava muito frio sem aquecimento Nas fotos aparece como se fosse uma moradia isolada mas na realidade e uma moradia geminada,os donos moram na outra parte da casa Tem so uma televisão na casa Para por carro na garagem nao e possível diz a proprietária Piscina muito pequena ,limpeza em falta,jacuzii que aparece nas fotos e uma ilusão, nao funciona e tem 80 cm

Exactly like the pictures and even better, everything we expected and more, very happy about the accommodation and easy communications with Anja the host.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich persönlich empfangen und konnten die Unterkunft schon früher als üblich übernehmen. Die Größe des Hauses und der beheizte Pool sowie die Grillmöglichkeiten sind bemerkenswert. Da die Lage ruhig und etwas außerhalb ist, benötigt man ein Fahrzeug. Parkplätze sind genügend vor dem Haus vorhanden. Der Strand und die Dünen sind dann etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Es befindet sich ein landestypisches Restaurant in fußläufiger Lage. ( Reservierung erforderlich )

Die Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Winter ist auf der Terrasse am Pool ab 16:00 keine Sonne mehr. ( Dafür müsste man auf die Dachterrasse wechseln.) Nachts wird es im Haus recht kalt. ( im Winter - im Sommer bestimmt angenehm ) Lediglich in zwei Schlafzimmern ist eine Klimaanlage mit der man auch heizen kann.

A Szállásadó kedves és segítőkész volt , a szálás tiszta és jól felszerelt .

The house was exactly the same, like it was on the pictures, even better :) Anja is super, our family from the age 3-75 was feeling very good, it was the best holiday, and christmas ever. I can reccomend for everybody with large group or big family, best place ever. We will come back!
