Food menu, charges and service needs to be revamped with professional staff.

The resort is basically a farmstay with limited stay options so you can get privacy for your stay.. 2 chalet villas, a suite, double bedrooms and the glass room.. loved the chalet option as swimming pool is exactly in front.. pool was clean.. food is designed like a package.. although expensive a bit but you can't expect good food which is cheap in a remote location.. on the taste front.. the food was amazing.. limited options but the taste was very good.. calm surroundings away from city hustle bustle.. sitting in the garden at night time is very satisfying.. badminton, carrom, and some other games also available.. great for family..

Approach road to the resort.. it is almost 2.5-3kms away from main road.. although gives you authentic village feel but not great if you are travelling on a bike.. rest everything is great..

If you enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of nowhere, then this resort checks the box. Dinner was tasty. But snacks were bland.

Location: This is just a building in a village. It may look green in monsoons but for the rest of the months its just barren land in sight. Closest drive to a half decent restaurant or shop is 30 mins. Booking, checkin and checkout experience: I booked through booking.com and that was a big mistake. Booking. com put a hold on my card. Saffron stays immediately started hounding me to make full payment else the booking will be cancelled. Post making payment I started getting repeated service calls from Saffron stays team explaining the same terms and conditions. None of them however could answer my query on giving me the location details. Please note that you will be asked to deposit Rs. 3000 per room for any damages. If Saffron stays conparws itself to a luxury hotel, why this deposit is charged is beyond me. More importantly, I was sent a threatening email to fill up names of all 6 members of my group, else they will not be allowed to checkin if undeclared. I am not sure who has reviewed the language of some kf these communications from Saffron stays but it sure doesn't look suitable for a hospitality business. The icing on the cake is that you get another threatening message on the evening before checkout to ensure that you checkout at 9.30am. The checkin time is 1pm and checkout is at 9.30am. Thats a cool 3.5 bours that you are not allowed to stay at the booked place. Service: This is average at best. We ordered morning tea. And again reminded about this at 8.30am. But at 9.30am when we went down to drink tea, we were told that there is no milk and hence tea cant be served. The pool was having leaves and flower residues which were left unclean. Thankfully, the staff decise to clean pool when we raised our concern. Communication with the kitchen maid is an issue. We were misled to believe that evening tea was complimentary but it is chargeable. However, a plate of poha or 2 vadapavs were charged at ₹150. So please keep that in mind.

Good property with great hospitality. More like homestay or farm stay and the staff was very welcoming. Food quality was great and property was maintained beautifully.
