Unbecoming of a brand like Saffron Stays. Horrible value for money. One of the worst experiences that we had. Horrible location, no wayfinding. Bathroom on a different floor for one of the rooms, not informed earlier. We asked for an outdoor dinner table with tablecloth, appropriate for a family milestone. Nothing was done. Nobody even tried to explain why not done. By the time we gave up trying to pursue the management, food was cold and the night was ruined. Unsafe staircase, multiple hazards. No maintenance.
