Food was amazing staff was excellent

The bonfire , archery ,barbeque was not provided , pool was not cleaned ,Atleast 2water bottles should have been kept as the other resorts do ,need to take care of insects specialy spider web was all around in garden

"Very Disappointed from Saffron stays and Booking.Com"

Cleanliness in the room was very good. Food provided at property was good. Service provided by staff at property was good.

Terrible remote location. Even road is not available to reach property. Condition of the property and common area is not so good and not very well maintain. It was very slippery all over due to rain but arrangements were not made for this. Very unsafe. Property is full of insects and Ants. Play area is not in condition to use. Booking.Com should delist this property. Absolutely not worth for what u pay. Disappointed from Saffron stays and Booking.Com

The small town ambience yet urban level facilities, and the solar powered hot shower.

Rates of Booking .com and the Resort were different. I booked through booking .com, and yet got a link to pay in the resorts Saffron Stays portal where their rates were INR 2000 more than what estimate I got on Booking.com

"A relaxing break at Alibaug"

The Serenity of the Retreat.InhouseFood preperation by the staff was good. Attending staff was good and cooperative.

Location of the property. The access road was not good and confusing. We were senior citizens and in an emergency would have found it difficult . Lot of ants in the bathroom.
