The house was well positioned to access the main Key West area. Parking is available but at a price. Well furnished. Excellent bath/toilet facilities. A practical modern kitchen area with plentiful utensils and cookware. A spacious accommodation.

The location was in an alley. Very difficult to find, especially at night. While parking was available it came at a price - $25 daily. If the spaces belong to the premises why is it necessary to charge for parking? Unnecessary!! Users are warned that this property comes with no heating. Believe it or not Key West can get cold at night. This needs to be addressed.

From the outside, the house looked fine, similar to other homes in the historic part of Key West. Beyond that, there was nothing particularly special.

The biggest issue was the very strong chemical smell from the cleaning products used in the house. The odor was overwhelming and remained throughout the entire day, making the stay uncomfortable. I was also disappointed that parking was charged separately. In the U.S., most people rely on cars, and in a place like Key West, I expected the host would have difficulties provide parking as part of the stay, hence the additional charge. However, there were 5–7 parking spaces available in front of the house, many of which were unused. Charging $30 per night just to park in front of the property felt unfair and unreasonable for what was offered.

The location

The unit has mold problems. It affected our sinus. It did not ruin our stay but should be addressed.

The property cleaning started at 8am with a leaf blower right outside the room. And continued until 9 is this a joke? Place was very run down floors seriously uneven bathroom Toilet and sink very wobbly
