I really liked the location, the cozy decor, the facilities

I didn't really like the lack of maintenance on the outside of the building, as well as the maintenance of the shower, which leaked a lot, wetting the entire bathroom

The location was perfect!! We were right off Duval Street, behind Fat Tuesday. Although the strip was wild and noisy, you didn't hear a thing once you were down the alley to the Villa. The Villa was very clean and comfortable for all of us, including our fur babies. The dogs also loved the place and felt comfortable during their stay as well. The pool was cleaned daily, and the area around the pool was also nice. I would highly recommend this Villa and will be renting it again as well in the future

I can not think of anything I did not like. The place was amazing!

Coffee, creamer and sugar provided.

Mold/mildew, wonky floors, precarious toilet due to wonky floors. Lots of leaks and water damage.

the musty smell in the downstairs bedroom.
