Website photos didn’t specify which villa they were taken from and weren’t representative of villa we got, was place was smaller than expected. Sub-floors very uneven & soft/squishy in places as villa probably was a porch that’s been enclosed, so a lot of money for unit, but typical of holiday in Key West. Recommend checking for water damage because shower leaks but don’t know from where.

Jamie was fantastic at helping us. There was a slight problem with our room and she offered us an alternative. She made our stay perfect. The morning breakfast was great. Very enjoyable and pleasant to sit out in the garden. Fun to have the chickens and roosters entertain us during breakfast. The only disadvantage was that our stay was not for more days. Great location, steps from the action on Duval Street...was able to store luggage in office after checkout and had access to facilities also...great stay

Could maybe have a foam mattress to use with the sleeper sofa but all good

L'unica cosa buona di questo appartamento è la posizione nei pressi della strada principale, ma in un vicolo bruttino, per cui 8 per la posizione e 1 per l'appartamento.

La "villa" 20 è un carcere la cui unica fonte di aria e luce è la porta al piano terra. Le finestre sono bloccate quindi come se non ci fossero e per privacy vanno tenute oscurate. Addirittura sul patio c'è una finta finestra. L'appartamento è datato e l'unico modo per non sentire puzza di muffa e di chiuso è tenere accesa aria condizionata e deumidificatore dato che non si può aprire le finestre. Il pavimento è addirittura irregolare in camera da letto e si va in discesa ad un certo punto. La cucina ha una sola grande padella e una pentola per cui poco attrezzata. Se avessimo voluto cucinare e mangiare in casa non c'è neanche una tovaglia per il tavolo. Il divano letto scomodo va bene per pochi giorni. La cosa migliore della casa, a parte la posizione, il getto della doccia, peccato che il soffione è vecchio e da un senso di sporcizia.

Location.. it is in the middle of anywhere you want to go in Key West but hidden from the craziness. Cozy. It is in Old Town. Staff that manned the Old Town Manor office was very helpful. The pool cleaner who came in every day was nice and friendly. Huge fridge. They provided beach towels to use. Space was good enough for us. We were a party of 4.

Not as clean as we expected. Love that we felt like we were like in a small apartment but we found two big cockroaches in the captain suite bedroom. We found it on the last day. Both on the floor near the beautiful but slightly broken drawers and window next to the bed. Pool looks great and clean but was not heated as advertised. But can still be used as weather is always fine in Key West. Bath tub needs caulking and bathroom floors need to be resurfaced and polished.

The location is great, nice to have a little front porch……the pool area is nice…..our host who greeted us (Delvin) was super nice and accommodating.

The whole place was pretty dark…most of the windows had permanent outside (closed) shutters…..it was neat but pretty dated. There’s a piece on the top of the stove that just falls off. While I understand maintenance is necessary, there was a worker outside our place working with a sander, etc. all day.

The location was great. The unit was nice and had everything we needed period the only problem we had was that there was no hot water.\n For 1 day, we had to take cold showers. Because of a bad breaker switch. It wasn't the end of the world, everything else was awesome.The staff was very responsive. They got us back up and running in a decent amount of time.

Great location, clean property nice balcony in the back close to downtown life walk out the alley and you’re there. Good price.
