Konnos Villa Ekaterina

We stayed in this villa in mid-October, the weather was wonderful. We were a few families with small children, there was definitely enough space for everyone. I really liked that they provided a baby cot, a high chair, and some sand toys. The kitchen is suitable for cooking and has enough utensils and dishes. The staff is very nice, quickly answered all our questions.The location is quiet, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

The water in the villa's pool is cold, but many people didn't mind and had a great time swimming. The villa itself has seen life and is not new, but that wasn't a problem for us either.

Wszystko bylo na najwyższym poziomie, nie ma do czego sie przyczepić, codziennie basen sprzątany, kontakt z opiekunem domu idealny, niczego nam nie brakowało, wszystko bylo sprawne, dom przestronny, wygodny, polecam dla dużych rodzin i znajomych, 3 łazienki do dyspozycji, także spokojnie mozna sobie mieszkać. robotnici akurat v tom case pracovali na vedlajsej vile a dost rusili prachom a hlukom nastrojov, ale inak bolo vsetko uplne vporiadku :)

The pool is tiny and very shallow. The house is anything but new and it shows its age. I was fined for smoking - while no one actually smoked in the house (only outside). They charge extra for electricity, but you have to ask for proof of consumption.

Location is great - 3 very nice beaches within a distance of 15 min walk, bus stations, and a store in 1 min. Private backyard with a very nice pool and many trees and flowers. The house is very spacious, beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the facilities and has everything you need and even more. Wifi is very good. The neighborhood is peaceful. Buses are very regular and in a distance of a couple of stations, you get to Protaras or Ayia Napa, where you have bigger stores if you need supplies.

There's nothing we didn't like. Just a piece of advice: it would be nice to have additional towels for a longer stay (more than 5 or 6 days).

On the positive side, the owner was very proactive and responded quickly to any requests we made, which we appreciated.

The accommodation itself was fine, but there are a few important things future guests should know. Not a big allowance of electricity is included in the booking price, and this was not made clear at the time of checkin. In the heat of summer where aircon is mandatory, there is not much daily allowance to cover. We were caught off guard by extra charges, which added a significant cost to our stay. Cleanliness was also not up to the standard I would have expected for the price.

Struttura fatta bene e funzionale

L’unica pecca di questa struttura (avendo prenotato in 9) è che il nono letto non era presente e uno di noi ha dovuto dormire sul divano, altra piccola pecca sono i pochi asciugamani/tappeti presenti nella struttura (ad es. nel bagno)
