Konnos Villa Ekaterina

The property was great and a brilliant size. Clean, spacious and bright. Well stocked kitchen. Owners were readily available and willing to help with any help needed. Pool was cleaned during our stay. 3 toilets and 3 showers available. Beds comfy and good size. Off road parking available for 2 average sized car. Lovely Greek restaurant just across the road. Lovely foliage in garden

Things to note about the property- No railing about the pool Open access around the side of the house Could not get TV to work although owner did come to have a look Storage heater for hot water BBQ not fit for purpose Some cracked tiles around pool which was overshadowed by trees for most of the day causing it to be a little cool

Area around swimming pool poorly managed and dirty. A day before check out, worker's came to trim the bushes and trees around the pool and left loads of leaves and dust lying around in pool making it unsuitable for swim. Secondly, I would recommend Booking.com team to let visitors know that electricity costs are separate in such accommodations then final costs shown while booking. Being a a hot summer season, especially with small kids in family, there will be plenty of aircon use that will add on extra expense to your final bill.

Nice location in a quite neighborhood, good facilities (we had everything we need and AC worked perfectly), nice pool, we had market, bus station, beach near us. The owner is very nice, he was like a guide for us, he helped us with transport from/to airport cheaper than taxi.

I don’t have anything to complain.

Nice quiet location 5 minutes drive into Protaras. The villa is No15 (of 3 offered in the cul-de-sac) it is well equipped and well looked after and I would definitely recommend it.
