Konnos Villa Ekaterina

The 4 bed property (No 1) was spacious and easily accommodated a family of 5. That is all of the positives!

The property looked like it was an end of season let not a May let. The property is very tired looking, needs repairs and a good lick of paint. The pool area had rusty furniture and needed tidying up. The garden grounds had holes which were dangerous and needed covering to avoid injury. The photos were clearly old or photoshopped! The bathrooms had mould and needed attention. The property was not cleaned to the standard I would expect and I needed to clean parts before use. Overall we were really disappointed and checked out early. The villa cost over a £1000 for the week and did not demonstrate value for money.

The location was okay. Great connection with bus Great rooms.

Cleaning outside was not okay. The pool area was not cleaned our feets was yellow from dust. Leaves and dust at the entrance door. Overall it was good but could be better.

Spacious bedrooms! Nice pool, quiet area

The property wasn’t very clean. Especially the outside area (pool and garden) You have a daily limit in the electricity you can use (kwh) which is not mentioned before you book the villa, however it’s a reasonable limit so that’s okay!

Quiet area

Floor was not clean, when we arrived there were a lot of ants inside, so he had to buy some bug spray to get rid of them. The house is in a quiet area but might be a bit far from the center of protaras where the restaurants and good beaches are (3-4km), but not an issue if you have a rented car. Beds were really bad and furniture was old, also sofa in the living very dirty
