The location was good Communication was good after the first day we arrived. It was terrible the day we arrived.

Honestly, there was lots that I didn’t like. Mainly the cleanliness and things were falling apart and dirty. Lots of the fixtures. Light switches tiles were all broken and falling apart. The staff apparently had no idea we were checking in. I just found some keys and started opening doors in the area hoping no one was in them and I recognized one of them as it matched the pictures on Booking. There is no signage to show where the seal is and there is no label on Google maps Lots of things were dirty There was no water pressure and the air conditioning barely worked. Also, the fan that was in the outdoor kitchen was very, very slow. The pedestal fan that was put in the area also was extremely dirty.

It was a little tired and old. Difficult to find for taxi, etc. Hot water was a problem, and tv didn’t work

Great location, the pool always had some shade, the rooms were big and spacious. Filtered water and pest products provided. Close to shops and restaurants, staff very attentive if any issues they were solved quickly. Not far from larger supermarket to cook your own food and plenty of cooking equipment provided. Ultimately two seperate apartments with a communal living area would be great for older children not so much young children, we moved the mattress from upstairs into the downstairs bedroom as our children are young.

Hard to find villa when we arrived and for gojeks to find. Safe on the bottom floor didn’t work though safe on the second floor did. Water pressure none existent in the shower. The pool didn’t have a shallow end for the kids (under 7).

Location was good, 3 minutes walk to Cafe, 5 minutes to my faorite Warung (Mades Warung, 120 minues walk (100 clories) walk to amazing Gustos Gelato, 10 minutes walk to ATM, 5 minutes walk to supermarket.

Villa Dewi is a beautiful property, the pictures on the booking listing are exactly how you find the property. It is clean, spacious and so close to everything you may need (supermarket, retail shops, cafes and clubs). The villa has two bedrooms one downstairs by the pool and the other upstairs. Mosquito nets were provided for the bedding. Beds were a little hard but after one night we were used to them and loved them by the end of our stay! Both bedrooms had their own ensuites, the water did take a while to warm up and the upstairs bathroom shower head was not attached to the wall so you had to hold the shower head (the only negatives about the stay). The pool was great! Perfect size for 4 adults to be in at one time with plenty of room to move. It was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The villa staff make a WhatsApp group with you as they provide house keeping each day. This was perfect and staff were absolutely beautiful. They answered all our questions and were there anytime we needed them. There is a small outdoor kitchenette for preparing meals if needed with a filtered water tank for your convenience.

Bed was a little too hard and the Villa itself is a little rundown.

Great location. Comfortable for the two of us. Staff were lovely. Pool was great and had sun throughout the day.
