I am very disappointed at the property especially coming from your ‘supposed’ professional company? This is by far the worst property I have ever stayed.

the pool although needs repairs

We were robbed twice overnight. money was taken first time this time Alcohol and shoes. we had gates locked, and our doors locked The first time they came into the bedroom whilst we slept and stole the money, this time, the alcohol was on the bench in the open-air kitchen. contacted the house keeping have had no answer today. first time they came back with. sorry to hear that. walls around the villa very high and doors locked. The photos that are on the website must have been taken many years ago. downstairs bedroom toilet when sitting on it wobbles Shower drip constantly mold on walls Tiles are missing in many places on the floor and walls The bed is so hard that I had to put a blanket over it. didn't help. next morning when we checked bed linen had stains all over them. The pool has many tiles cracked, and they are slimy mold on walls around the pool wire protruding from the side of the pool where we think there could have been a light fixture. Entrance way cleaning cupboard missing door and mold constant drip from air-conditioner onto steps at entry, making them slippery upstairs bedroom no four poster beds as advertise on their site no mosquito netting as shown in pictures on their site missing tiles mold dirty walls disgusting linen with stains and thread bare They did change them when I asked hard to get into bath very high sided mold behind the mirrors bed is like sleeping in a rock. exposed wires everywhere lights are not working in the kitchen they are covered in rust. peeling paint everywhere. the kitchen tap fixtures are loose under kitchen cupboards, it looks like water has gotten in and laminate peeling, FALSE ADVERTISING Please can something be done about removing their site. We were willing to put up with 2 star rating after having looked at the pictures on their site. The pool was what drew us to it However safety is the most important thing when in a forgein country. This place is not safe. or clean

My main priority was location. The area is close to everything and easy walking distance. The property was good value for the price I paid and very comfortable. Suited my needs perfectly.

Location was perfect, a 1 minute walk to the restaurants, bars & shopping, but far enough away to not hear any of the traffic noise. Comfortable beds & the open plan downstairs had plenty of room for 4 people. Pool was small but big enough to suit us.

The 2 safes hadn't worked for quite some time & the TV remotes didn't work either. All 4 items needed batteries but were not replaced at all when asked for on the first day. The second level shower was over the bath but had nowhere to hang the shower head. Kitchen had no dish cloth, tea towel or washing up liquid.

The location of the village was great, close to everything and set far enough back from the road to be peaceful & quiet. The two bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious & comfortable with cleaning done daily. Kitchen area was ideal for us to cook small meals and the fridge was a decent size. A water bubbler was also provided for use and decent wifi was available.

it was a little difficult to find the villa when we first arrived as there was no signage. Water pressure was a bit low, but didn’t spoil anything for us during our stay. Lots of mosquitos - take plenty of repellent with you (no reflection on the owner, just a recommendation).

It was very easy to communicate with the owner, they make a group in the Whatsapp. When we arrived, they already in front of the villa. We asked to have two keys because we have two teenagers with us who wanted to go out by themself. They made the extra keys for us. Very fine. We had a problem with the water dispenser and the toilet upstairs, they came direct to fix them up. The swimming pool is small, it's nice to cool down in the swimming pool after walking around. The wi-fi was very good! The location is perfect. Very close to the restaurants, cafes, supermarket. We could walk to the beach, but it's not so close, about 10-15 minutes walk. We are happy to stay in Villa Dewi.

The path to the villa was very dark. The first night was good, there was light in the path and in the front of the villa, so it was easy to see the keyhole in the door. But the other nights there was no light at all. The door was a bit difficult to lock from inside. All the bedrooms have a single bed, no option for twin bed. Our teenager kids feel not so comfortable to sleep together in one bed. The AC in the ground floor bedroom made more noise, need time to get used to with the sound.

Air conditioner downstairs not working properly like other reviews stated but not a major issue. Kept running out of water but staff were on it as soon as we messaged and were trying to locate leak. Again they were super nice and helpful

Lovely and spacious villa with one downstairs bedroom and another one upstairs. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The pool was delightful and was always at a great temperature (not heated, but placed to capture the warmth from the sun. Nice living area and good kitchen. Outstanding location, off from the main street but very central. Very happy to recommend this villa to others.

I had some problems with the water supply but this was rapidly corrected by the staff. The aircon downstairs struggled to maintain any form of cool (but I didn't report this until I checked as I stayed in the upstairs bedroom. I have no doubt it has been fixed)
