Villa Dewi

The split level rooms were pretty great which allowed me and my sibling to each have our own bed and bathroom. The pool and the outdoor kitchen were really nice. Location was good.

The service here was about the worst we came across on our trip. Staff were never around and they refused to store our luggage for us during our last day. During our 3 day stay our room wasn't cleaned once. This is unacceptable when you are paying hundreds of dollars a night...

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, bars. pharmacies and the beach! Great place to stay if you’re sharing as it’s split level and both bedrooms have an en-suite. Pool is small but fine for 1-2 people and gets some sun during the day.

Upstairs shower is hand held. Not ideal but you get used to it. Bathrooms are quite old but fine. Property is situated very close to others so depending on who’s staying nearby, can be loud at night. I had a group of children staying nearby for my last few nights and they were very loud at all hours of the night. Housekeeping staff were very friendly but needed to be asked to do specific things like emptying the garbage, providing extra towels etc. also no additional toilet paper provided. No fan or window in downstairs bathroom. The air conditioner downstairs wasn’t working properly. I notified staff and they came to fix it but it wasn’t much better. Lucky there was a pedestal fan provided in the room which made it a bit better. Also location is not exactly where shown on Google but within the same vicinity. Not the best villa I’ve stayed at in Bali but it was fine and comfortable enough.

The layout of the villa made it feel very spacious and comfortable and was in a great location surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from bars/ clubs

Pool could have been a little bit cleaner (was only a few dead ants ) so not really an issue

Not much good to say here other than I like the location.

Arrived to unchanged sheets from previous occupants, which were wet from someone laying on the bed and also had blood on them. Owner was rude and difficult to deal with, also had the audacity to say he would charge us to change the sheets after my son was sick one night even though left us with used sheets The villa was missing a window in the top bedroom and mosquitos were so bad at night, we had to tape it up with plastic bags. Water would poor in through the main living area any time it rained. This was straight down on to the electrical appliances. Bedrooms stunk of mould and cat pee Pool was dirty and the water was murky Bedroom doors broken and frames rooting away. Villa is nothing like the photos provided!

Location was awesome, tastefully decorated, great little pool. It was quiet but close to the main street, in a little gang behind Queens Tandor.

I hate to write this but I have to be honest.The WiFi was terrible, they need a booster on the ground floor. We pretty much had issues everyday even trying to check socials let alone emails and given there is no TV channels and you can only watch netflix with your own log in this was also and issue. Secondly the bed was so hard. But good news is both these things are an easy fix
