The location was great for restaurants and the beach.

Overall the place is run down and definitely needs a touch up and proper clean. The area can be very noisy with the mopeds going by quite late. The pool was filthy and not cleaned on arrival. It had algae growing on the bottom and was unsafe to swim. We told the staff and they didn't seem fazed. We asked to have a proper clean the next day but they showed up earlier than expected and didn't tell us they were there so we arrived back from breakfast with them there. They only did a quick vacuum. The pool person came and cleaned the pool further on our 3rd day and there were less bits (dead skin) floating in the pool. So we really only could use the pool halfway through our stay. The Aircon needs replacing as it's noisy and filters need to be cleaned. We didn't drink the water from the filter as it looked dirty and not maintained. Cleaning is really only replacing towels and making the bed (not changing sheets). After our first night we could not take the key out of the door (shop like doors) and had to get this replaced but took way longer than they had advised. The bathroom door to the front room opened halfway and only when you forcefully push does it open fully. We also experienced a power cut on our last day in the early hours of 7AM. We notified the staff who then requested we video call them and flick the main switch back and forth ourselves. Then got a staff member to come over to accommodation to advise they have notified the electricity provider. But was unable to advise restoration time and for us to inform them when the power was back on. The staff member had flicked the main switch to off position and requested us not to touch as once power is restored it will be automatic. We tried to explain the way she had the main switch it was off but she refused to listen and was adamant that when power is restored it would be automatic.

Beautiful location - good facilities and a great holiday destination!

Villa was very well equipped. Minor issues were dealt with immediately. Lovely pool. Comfortable beds. Ideal.

The location was not as expected but manageable. Not pleasant during rain storms with flooded passages. Too far from the beach ( about 25 mins walking) Roads extremely busy.

The villa was perfect for our stay, great location, staff very helpful and the cleaning lady while she spoke no English was lovely and did a great job, pool guy came every few day When we had the roof flood overnight the staff where there in the morning to get it fixed.

While clean and comfortable. the building is looking a bit old, needs a refresh. paint etc, the bamboo fence around the pools is rotting and bits fell off in the rain and wind, During the heavy rain one of the rooms flooded, a roof tile came off , the staff arranged a new dry mattress and bedding in the morning, , had a crew did a temp repair on the roof so all good for rest of the stay.

The service was great and the staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. We loved the pool and the location was good.

One of the toilets in the villa didn’t flush very well and the bathroom was a bit outdated but these were minor inconveniences.

Great location, pool was good, overall a decent place to stay for the price. The hosts were great!

General wear and tear of a Bali villa. Pool tiles falling off, pool leaking, stains on towels, toilet linking water on floor, squeaky bed frame, not great water pressure in the showers. Annoyingly, the locks for the bedroom doors were on the lowest part of the glass panel so made it hard to unlock the door without having to bend down. It seems like it’s in the back streets but there is a lot of traffic noise throughout the day and at night.

Great, convenient to lots of places.
