La Fortuna

Our host met us at the property to let us in and show us around, on the day of departure, we were hoping to leave our bags in storage before our flight that evening, the property had guest checking in later that day so the host arranged a driver for us to pick up our bags from the accommodation after we had checked out and then pick us up at our preferred location later that day at the time we requested. It made our last day in Bali so easy not having to carry our luggage around. The driver sent us pictures of our luggage when he collected it to confirm he had our belongings. Such a brilliant service that was above an beyond what is expected from a host. Thank you Asti!

The staff were very nice and helpful, we had a late flight and they let us check out at 5pm which was great!! They provided pool towels and cleaned villa everyday. Very spacious villa

Could’ve been cleaner, decor & overall condition needs a refresh. It looks a little tired.
