Loved the location and layout if villa, was very well equipped with a beautiful pool

Toilets were hard to flush, pretty minor!

The place was fantastic it was walking distance from the main road that had a lot of great restaurants, the place was cute and quaint and very private. We had no complaints about the place it was huge and could accommodate 4people very comfortably.

The health faucet/ jet and shower pressure was not good, the bathroom had very dim lights so it was hard to see things in the dark. The shower amenties weren’t labeled so we dint know what was what.

The villa it self is pretty

-The location is not very bad, but there is no sign of the hotel from the street and it took me almost 2 hours to finally find the Villa. -It was strange that nobody knows the villa, even people who live nearby -It was hard and painful to finally reach the villa manager/owner to collect the key. Call wasn't answered, some numbers provided couldn't be reached out. -I found the pool was still very dirty. The manager told me that since I booked it last minute (over 2 hours ago), so the pool wasn't ready. It's acceptable if they wrote it on the information. They didn't. -It took me too long until I could reach them, so I needed to make another reservation at a different villa. I ended up giving it away to a friend since it is not refundable.

Location, layout and pool

We had a great stay at la Fortuna villa. the location is great, close to everything shops, restaurants, beach, flea market etc. The pool and outdoor area at the villa are really nice and relaxing. it has a great living room with smart Tv and a kitchen area (also outdoor but has a roof over it). The bedroom was really nice also (we only used the bedroom to the right of the kitchen).

The bathrooms really need to be cleaned properly. This is the only negative thing at this villa that the bathroom is very dirty, shower screen looks like it’s never been cleaned, same with wall and floor tiles, shower head etc. While we were there they only got a quick mop, which seems to be their standard cleaning procedure for bathrooms. The shower also doesn’t drain properly and after you have a shower it starts to smell very bad in the bathroom.

The location , the size of the Villa

Very beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms comfortable beds nice clean swimming pool very close to JL Kayu Aya (Eat Street) but still very quiet villa we book the cook to prepare breakfast, a delicious indonesian breakfast !

The listing reads like there is 3 beds when there are only 2. Need to fix the listing to say OR between the bed types. The shower/running water smelt like sewage, it was so bad by day 3 I was having showers in the other bathroom. Its really hard to find. The street address doesn't give a number. The sign for Villa is not visible along that street. The actual street the Villa is on is a private road so tricky for drivers to find.

Bathrooms could use a freshen-up

This villa has the best location, so central yet in a quiet location. Pool was lovely and had cute fairy lights above it. Rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was so well equipped, even had an ice maker and numerous big bottles of water provided. The host let us check in early and check out late, which was very much appreciated after a night of drinking on new years eve.

nothing really, bathrooms looked a bit tired but they were still clean and it wasn’t an issue for us.
