"Must Stay! Value for money and great host (Asti)"

The property location was perfect. They had a GREAT coffee shop right outside the door, Circle K 300m & massage/spa 300m. We traveled with two small kids (2.5y and 10m) They provided a cot free and Asti was such an amazing host. We had a 7 hour flight delay, getting in really late and Asti was there to greet us on arrival/tour us around the Villa. The villa was cleaned every day, the pool got so much sun. Honestly couldn't fault it. Definitely coming back to stay.

Room size is decent. Price was reasonable. Full kitchen with all utensils and appliances including a double door fridge with ice dispenser. Location is good. Nice coffee shop just opposite to villa. There is no reception area but the host is contactable via watsapp and someone will come in to personally hand over keys at villa.

Pool water was green instead of clear on day 1. Kitchen area is open (no doors) allowing lizards and mosquitoes in. We left a coffee mug on the bed side table in morning and it was infested with ants by evening. Kitchen area does not have air-conditioning, only ceiling fan. The entrance is located in a very narrow street, so bit of a challenge when trying to bring in a big car.

amazing villa in the perfect location. the staff and service was the best we’ve received out of all our stays. we had a cleaner every morning and amazing breakfast. the pool and garden were spotless.
