Beautiful staff, kind, attentive, helpful with directions and reccommendations. We were collected by our driver from the airport included within our package, even though we got in late at night and driver had to wait he kept up with communication and guided us where to meet him and assisted with our suitcases aswell. The check in process was seemless, keys were handed over with a full tour of the villa explaining which keys open which doors etc, the interior design was stunning, the pool was always kept beautifully clean, and when getting washing service done the clothes came back folded and smelt beautiful, and they offered cleaning or anything almost daily. Highly reccommend. The power went out once and it was fixed/resolved and tended to within 10minutes or less! Such a wonderful experience.

The only thing I didn't like was that I didnt get the chance to make use of using their day spa which was my own fault! Everything was absolutely perfect, there are no complaints about this Villa whatsoever!!!!!

The team could not do any more for us. We were a family of 12 ppl (adults and kids) across 2 villas and they made our trip outstanding.

We loved everything, the Villas were so private yet everything we asked for was on hand.

Their staff member was still waiting for me at the airport to fetch me even though my flight was delayed. The place was clean, friendly staff very helpful, close to most amenities.

Absolutely nothing, Ambermoon villas was exceptional..

Great location, great pool, comfortable beds, nice layout, awesome staff.

There could have been a few more utensils, and a water cooler in the second building. While it was very nice and more than comfortable, some of the furnishings and towels etc need replacing (they give the impression that the property is a bit jaded when it’s actually very nice).

The villa was lovely and had a good amount of space & a very comfy bed. I didn't find it too far away from most shops/spas & restaurants. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning

It was not actually the address for Ambermoon Villas & different to pictures re Villa we thought were getting. This led to confusion with drivers as we didn't have the correct address when booking.. Power went out twice. the first time, I managed to find fuse and fix. 2nd time, I was unsure if it was related to the silent day, but we had no way to seek support until the morning. The Villa staff were very apologetic.
