Fantastic property! Lovely quiet area, literally 8 minutes stroll to the beach along quiet streets, plus a beautiful restaurant en route. House was incredibly spacious, with plenty of seating and dining options. Well equipped large kitchen that we cooked in most evenings. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Bei vier Wochen Aufenthalt hätte mindestens ein Zimmerservice stattfinden müssen. Stattdessen zumindest ein Satz Bettwäsche pro Zimmer als Ersatz vorrätig. Sehr mangelhaft keine deutschen TV-Programme.

Villa Thetis by Atlantic Places was a fantastic choice for our family holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and very well maintained throughout our stay, which made traveling with children stress-free. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, and plenty of room for the whole family to relax. Having multiple bathrooms was a big plus. The private swimming pool was a real highlight for the children, and the villa also has a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ area, and outdoor dining space, making family meals easy and enjoyable. The location is quiet and family-friendly, yet close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and a short drive or taxi ride to Albufeira town. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, both before arrival and during our stay. Excellent value for money for families or larger groups, especially compared to booking multiple hotel rooms. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both kids and adults. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Villa Thetis to other families

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and welcoming. Bernardo, who manages the villa, met us personally at the property and took the time to walk us through all the important details — from how to operate the pool heating, Wi-Fi, and TVs, to other helpful information about the home. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease, providing his contact information in case we needed anything during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome package waiting for us at the villa, which included water, milk, wine, and snacks. After a long flight, this was incredibly appreciated and allowed us to relax immediately without needing to rush out to shop. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families. Our dog Gucci joined us on the trip and enjoyed the villa just as much as we did — perhaps even more. Having a pet-friendly property made the stay feel truly complete. The location is excellent. São Rafael Beach is stunning, and the walk to Praia da Arrifes (about 15 minutes) is scenic and peaceful, making it a pleasure rather than just a walk. Although the beach restaurants were closed for the season during our stay, we could easily imagine how special it would be to enjoy a meal with the sea just steps away during warmer months. Overall, this villa offered the perfect combination of comfort, space, thoughtful touches, and attentive management. It’s an ideal choice for families looking for a relaxed yet refined Algarve experience, and we would happily return.

Not one thing.

I last stayed at the Villa Thetis in 2023 and it was great so I decided to come back again. I did not expect anything new, wow was i surprised. The pool area was expanded, there was a new game room with a pool table seating area and Darts. My kids truly enjoyed the space. The 2 masters bedroom had tv's in the room. There were 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance and the weather was amazing. Can't wait to go back, thank you Atlantic Places
