Exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location close to all amenities.

Communications with owner Andy were excellent, he is friendly, welcoming and super responsive, resolving every question we had almost immediately. The property is an impressive and spacious villa set in a large lovely garden, terrace and pool. Plenty of parking space and located less than 10 minutes from town centre. By car, easy access to all parts of the Algarve. Three good sized bedrooms each with en suite, comfortable beds and good quality linen. Housekeeping came twice during our three week stay and cleanliness was top class. Much appreciated. Spacious and comfortable lounge area with good TV. Kitchen was equipped with all you need and the welcome gifts were more than we have ever received, e.g 3 bottles of wine, 6 beers. Air con in all rooms which worked quickly.

The weather was awful but that's beyond Andy's control ! As others have commented, broadband is a bit patchy and water pressure is a bit weak. Was OK for just the two of us but if 6 were there, would imagine could be tricky. Could be time to stock up on the few kitchen items, e.g teaspoons, but this is being a bit picky. We really did hit a bad weather patch so couldn't take advantage of the outside facilities which would have made a huge difference.

The villa is beautiful, really comfortable and has everything you need. The owner is very helpful and accomodating. The food/drinks which are put in the villa for you to use was very welcome. I would recomend this villa it to anyone

Perfect for a family stay. We were here at Christmas and the heating worked well. The fireplace was incredible and made our stay cozy. Cliffs and beach were on our doorstep.

The property was clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - no need to buy washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. As well as a private pool, it also has a BBQ and terrace which was wonderful to sit on at night to stargaze or in the morning for breakfast. The hosts were so nice, meeting us on arrival and sticking the kitchen with milk, juice, bread, eggs, wine and beer which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Really can’t fault any part of our stay or the villa.

The owner met us and showed us around, very welcoming. He also provided an excellent starter pack with wine and beer, fruit, bread, eggs, etc, very generous and unexpected. The location is in a quiet residential area, no traffic noise, a bit challenging to find the first time. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there was lots of space for four people The roof top terrace was a nice place for late afternoon drinks/appetizers We did not use the A/C, washing machine and dishwasher worked fine. We did not use the pool The nearby Spar grocery store was small but had essentials, good shopping options about 10 minutes drive away Overall, the house was clean, quiet and decently equipped. If we were to return to the area and needed a large house to accommodate four people, we would rent it again

It would be useful to have some instructions in English for the major appliances, even if only an overview page of the major functions. It was a guessing game trying to figure out the icons The hot water availability and pressure was variable in the various locations in the house the TV was frustrating, the cable/satellite reception cut out very frequently The lighting is poor in the late afternoon/evening — it is difficult to read printed material (ie a book), the dining room area was quite dark,. Two or three floor lamps in the right places would make a huge difference One of the beds in the second bedroom (the one with a shower) squeaked quite a bit It would be a good idea to put teflon slides on the legs of the dining room chairs so they slide more easily and quietly across the tile floor

Lovely house with multiple outdoor areas to enjoy, food and drink supplies provided on arrival, plenty of space to relax into. Good location for local bars and restaurants with plenty of options between 3 mins and 30 mins walk.

Overall a great villa and stay. The daybed on the roof terrace is looking a little fragile and the cable tv is temperamental.

Property was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and area and roof terrace were a particular highlight. It was close to a local shop and restaurants and was only a short Uber into Carvoeiro. Due to our party size we required an Uber XL and this was about €7 each way. The welcome pack and provisions provided by Andy and Areta were excellent and beyond our expectations. Overall it was fabulous family holiday and we would definitely recommend it to others.
