Such a nice stay - It was comfy, clean, spacious and has comfy beds. In a great location, nice and close to the beautiful view of lake Toya and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Immaculate property with close proximity to many Izakaya. We spent time skiing most days in nearby rusutsu. We loved coming home to the warmth of the kerosene heater and underfloor heating, and the bath of course! Appreciate the choice of western room and tatami futon.

The best location. The owner is set everything completely and clean . I love this place . Walk about 5 minutes to lake Toya , I enjoy the night fireworks at lake Toya.

It was clean and nice. Location is also very good. Very close to a Japanese eatery with very reasonable price.

The owner is a very shrewd businessman. If you are not careful, you may easily become his business prey. We changed the number of occupants from two to four. Despite the fact that we asked him to make the update eight months in advance and as close as two weeks before departure, he did not do anything until just a day before our check out. He demanded double the price for double the number of occupancy, which we did not think it was fair.

Great location and very comfortable. The house has everything you need. Would love to come back to stay here again one day.

There was a miscommunication about the sleeping arrangements. We expected to have the use of the whole house and three bedrooms, however only two bedrooms were set up. We loved the house so it didn’t matter in the end.
