It is spacious for 6 of us, the property is clean and it is so close to terminal bus and convenient store

The power supply was disconnected for 3 times over 2 nights, however the staff and owner fixed it very fast

We had the whole house, including kitchen living room and two bedrooms which was completely beyond expectations. Moreover, the owner is super nice and hospitable although he’s not at the property, helping us a lot via WeChat just as nearby restaurant reservations and bus reservations. Love the trip.

The house is perfectly situated in the middle of a heap of restaurants and two convenience stores, it is also 3 minutes walk to the lake and 5 minutes walk to the bus station. The staff are super friendly and helpful, when we had an issue, they came out and fixed it while we were out. The house was always warm, and sleeping was comfortable. With decent kitchen facilities and an amazing shower/onsen set up which was just what we needed after a day in the snow. While we were there it dumped heaps of snow making the area even more magical.

It's snowing n our first.we couldn't find the place initially. House electric trip. Its very cold in the rooms.

The location, the scenic views and ease of getting around in the suburbs areas. The house is also very nice and warm, well maintained and clean.

The constant power tripping whenever we used the microwave oven/toaster to heat up food. There was also no place to dispose off the garbage accumulated daily in the house to prevent pest attraction.
