Casa Mainotti - Villa in Mani

The house is spacious and clean, with a lovely garden space which our pets were able to enjoy. The location is also amazing with nature all around, a great sea view and close to many fantastic food options. Great base for travelling up and down the coast.

Would be helpful if there’s oil for cooking

Mooie vrijstaande woning met mooi uitzicht. Mooie tuin waar we door het mindere weer helaas niet volledig gebruik van hebben kunnen maken. Wel heerlijk op het balkon gezeten. Keuken was goed ingericht. Goede tv. Taverne aan de overkant waar we heerlijk gebruik van hebben gemaalt en totaal geen overlast van hebben gehad.

Kleine lekkage bij het toilet waardoor steeds natte voeten. Hierom extra handdoeken vanuit de tweede slaapkamer gebruikt om op de grond te leggen omdat hier geen andere oplossing voor kwam. Douchekop kon niet worden opgehangen, paste niet onder het plafond. Was dus een handdouche. Bank is niet erg comfortabel. Jammer dat er alleen hoge barkrukken waren. Wij zijn niet groot en dan is dit voor een kleine week niet erg comfortabel.

In autumn 2025 we spent two weeks at Casa Mainotti; all rooms were found clean, and we spent nice holidays at the Mani.

However, rental communication is somehow by remote email management, whereas the object would need some more attention by its landlord. The balcony on the First Floor that points directly west does not feature any sunshade, i.e. no balcony awning nor parasol. More, there are no deck chairs, neither on the balcony nor on any terrace. The upholstery of the balcony chairs is faded, torn and worn out and would need to be replaced. In the living room, the floor lamp to be seen on some photos is not present so it can't provide some warm light and the ceiling light needs to be switched on. The kitchen equipment would have to be checked for its practical suitability for basic cooking. We did not find a can opener nor the advertised toaster, but a sandwich maker. The kitchen sink drain is broken and cannot be closed. This way, the sink cannot be filled with water. The bathroom shower is open on one corner, no curtain or door. This causes the floor to flood every time you shower. We are sure that improvements are already planned before the start of the next season.

Assolutamente non idonea a due coppie. Scomoda la camera esterna al piano inferiore e senza accesso diretto al bagno Consigliata ad una coppia!!!!

Άνετο και με στυλ. Μοντέρνο αλλά με χαρακτήρα, πολύ καθαρό και με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες. Μας άρεσαν οι διαφορετικές βεράντες – κάθε ώρα της μέρας είχε το δικό της σημείο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν super φιλικοι.

Η θέα, η περιποιημένη και καινούργια κουζίνα, οι άνετοι χώροι.

Θα πρέπει ο κάτω χώρος (το ξεχωριστό δωμάτιο) να είναι πιο λειτουργικό. Με την έννοια να υπάρχει μια τουαλέτα πχ., έτσι ώστε το άτομα να μη χρειάζεται να πηγαινοέρχονται στους ορόφους για τα βασικά. Το δωμάτιο αυτό ήταν ωραίο όμως δυστυχώς τελείως απομονωμένο από τις υπόλοιπες παροχές.
