Gaia Residence, Peristerona, Polis Chrysochous

Everything! We had a fantastic stay. The villa itself is really clean and full of everything you’d need, with extra thoughtful touches. The outside area has so many seating and relaxing areas to use. The location is better than we thought with a view across the hills to the sea, made us want to stay in and not leave to explore! You would need a car for ease. Niki the host is so helpful and kind. We will definitely be staying and recommending to others!

Our host Niki was super-responsive to every question and request. She welcomed us with wine and a completely stocked kitchen, which made it so easy for us to settle in. The patio and poolside provided beautiful views of the valley and the bay below, and we were surrounded by a lovely flower-filled garden. Everything was designed for a perfect get-away for our three-generations of travelers.

I was pleasantly surprised, I fell in love with this place. Everything was perfect. A beautiful villa with a beautiful garden. An ideal place to relax. I will definitely come back here.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaia and would highly recommend it. The location is quiet and peaceful and easy to find, but only a short drive from shops and village tavernas and a great base for exploring. The views from the house are spectacular and we spent a lot of time just gazing from the roof terrace. The villa is very clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you could need and more. Niki is the most welcoming and generous host we have ever experienced; we were quite taken aback by the generosity of the welcome pack. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cyprus.

Leaving

Everything - the property is absolutely incredible and it was prepared for our welcome in the way, I have never ever met before, and not even dreamt about. How I wish that all my stays will be provided by such a generous hosts. Thank YOU Niki, so, so much.

There was nothing I could say I did not like.

The villa is nestled in the mountains. It is quite remote but very quiet and serene with exceptional far-reaching views of mountains and the sea. The villa offered everything we needed. It was clean and spacious both inside and out. With easy access to Polis and Paphos it was central for exploring. Staying at the villa really did feel like it was our home and not simply a holiday stay. We were offered access to all the staples that you don’t use very much of but need to but in large quantities e.g. Soap powder, washing up liquid, toiletries. The owner, Niki, couldn’t have been more helpful and was available when we had any queries. The villa was a key part of our relaxing holiday and it certainly fulfilled that objective. This was the best villa we have ever stayed in and would gladly go back.

Keep doing what you are doing Niki. If I was going to be picky I would say that accessing the TV was as little complicated so some instructions would be helpful.

fantastic villa, nice and secluded unlike a lot of Cypriot villas. fridge was stocked with meats, eggs, milk and drinks as well as fresh bread and a homemade cake on the table. short drive down to the nearest town and beach which isn't the most touristy area. there is a family of very lovely cats, who came down to see us most mornings and evenings, who greatly enhanced our experience. Nikki the owner was wonderful very communitive and sent down someone within the hour to fix a leak in the sprinklers. one of if not the nicest places ive stayed in Cyprus. highly recommend

the wifi was a little slow in certain rooms and the pool was quite chilly, however we stayed in October so not unexpected for an unheated pool. neighbours were quite noisy unfortunately

I love the location, the experience and the host thought of all the little things to be included.

Coming home!

Property was perfect!! The location was idyllic and so peaceful and private. The views were spectacular from where ever you were in the property, especially from the pool and the upstairs viewing point!! The pool was amazing and perfect to cool off from the 30+ degree heat!! Need to call out the planting around the property grounds too which was stunning!!
