Outside space of villa was good. Internal space good. Large double bed comfortable.

Villa was booked based on it being a detached property. This is not the case, the villa is not only attached at the back but also has the basement occupied as a seperate property. Yes you have your own entrance but you can still hear your neighbours!

The host was a pleasure to deal with. It has everything needed. Well equipt. Aesthetics in general are nice and villa is spotless

Such a great place to enjoy the island. Close to everything, but away from all of the main area noise. My kids lived in the pool. We have done the resort thing and villa, and the villa wins. We had a great time. Also nice big Aldi is 2 minutes away which was a bonus! The cleaning lady brought us fresh towels mid stay and was SO helpful. Such a nice lady. The host was very quick to respond and helpful in many ways!

Villa was secure and safe and the kids loved the pool and the overall lay out is good with door leading out onto the pool from 3 areas of the villa - great communication from the hoist who replied really quick and very helpful would highly recommend this villa - heated pool was great - 1 road to the supermarket (9min walk) beach 22min walk)

Nothing at all - if i was have to say anything for a improvement it would be maybe an airfryer in the kitchen and if your arriving late at night then make sure you bring food etc as the local supermarket doesn’t open until 8.30am

Una casa muy cómoda en una zona tranquila para el descanso y con facil acceso tanto para acercarse al puerto y playas, como para ir a otra zona. Supermercado a 1 min. piscina excelente con posibilidad de climatización

Los muebles de cocina y electrodomésticos se ven con bastante uso

The property is spotless, spacious and comfortable. The pool is a perfect size. The ping pong table went down a treat. Great washing machine, dishwasher, cooking facilities, shower gel and shampoo, plenty of towels. It had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and we had no issues

It’s a little off the beaten track but you can still walk safely to beach, marina, restaurants etc

Spacious/comfortable villa both indoors and outdoors with excellent pool (recommend heating pool if you go Sept, Oct onwards). Kitchen/bathrooms well equipped with towels/bedding changed weekly. Private/concealed parking bay is very convenient (though the door is a little difficult to open/close, minor maintenance would see it right). Location was on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, which was perfect for our trip… that said, your a 20-25 walk from the beach/main town and there’s a local supermarket very close by (5 min walk).

The villa is located in a quiet residential area, approx 25 mins of an easy & level walk to the coast. There you have three options, the lovely golden sand beach ahead, turn left to the new shopping/restaurant area & the charming Rubicon Marina or turn right to Playa Blanca (a few more mins walk). A handy bonus for our family, was having a large Aldi just 8 mins walk from the villa, so it is possible to stay here without hiring a car. We appreciated the chilled bottle of wine and the supplied toiletries (sufficient for our entire stay). We enjoyed the outdoor space with plenty of relaxation options both in & out of the sun.

I found the limited worktop area in the kitchen made it difficult to prepare family meals, I would suggest that a small fold down table under the microwave could help with this issue & not be too intrusive in the room.

La casa es magnífica y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Nos encantó todo y volveríamos a repetirlo sin dudarlo. 100% recomendable.
