"Casa Villas Review, Aug 2025"

We loved the way there was lots of outdoor space around the pool with options both in the shade and out in the sun. The villa was well equipped, and having a dishwasher and washing machine was really useful. We were happy to have our towels changed halfway through the week and when the pool maintenance guy arrived to clean the sand from the pool that arrived during the calima. Matilde was an excellent host. She communicated well and was willing to help.

Whilst the location was good (only 1.5km walk to Playa Dorada, 2km to the town centre, or 2.5km to Rubicon Marina) it can be quite a walk during a heatwave and taxis can be hard to get at times. Would reccomened having a rental car as we did, if travelling in mid-summer.

"Inmejorable casa en Playa Blanca"

La piscina y el porche son una maravilla y la zona es muy tranquila y agradable. La casa esta muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario. Existe servicio de cambio de toallas en mitad de la estancia, lo que no es habitual y es de agradecer. También vinieron a hacer la limpieza y mantenimiento de la piscina. Casa Vilas es un lujo! Repetiremos!

"Una villa excepcional"

Villa bien distribuida y muy cerca de un supermercado. Matilde es una anfitriona sensacional.

La villa de al lado estaba en obras y hacian bastante ruido. Pero comprendo q es algo circunstancial y para nada empaño nuestra visita.

La distribución de la Villa estaba muy bien y es Grande

La urbanización donde está ubicada estaba poco iluminada y no nos pusieron casi ni rollos de papel para el baño..

"Lovey villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Felt very relaxed there & the pool was lovely to cool off in!"

Was a very comfortable, well equipped villa with a lovely little pool that we paid extra to get heated. Felt very relaxed there & we all really enjoyed the outside space (which had cute lights at night) plus table tennis which was fun!

That there weren't really any views.

"Perfectly private villa stay"

We did our own catering. Location is about 25 minutes walk for the main town. Beautiful and very private large pool area with stunning array of wonderful cactus plants and bushes

Communication to access the property was prompt, accurate, and very easy. The hosts were very accommodating and as we were arriving early, offered us a free early check in for 12pm. I then received a messaged saying the property was ready at 11am!! First class service
