The property was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The beds were really cosy. The pool area was excellent. The location was good in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Matilde was the perfect host and we would definitely like to return to Casa Vila. We would highly recommend this property.

"Superb"

What a fantastic vila! Very clean and tidy and the outside area is super cozy overlooking the pool. Located in a quiet neighbourhood area but not too far from town or beach we walked about 20 mins one way but it was totally worth it. Matilde was super responsive and gave great recommendations and tips if we needed anything. Will definitely come back!!

Lovely villa, all on one level and well equipped. The pool and outdoor space is very private and and great for sunbathing or sitting for a meal in the shade.

The pool area was excellent. The fact that it has a king size bed, double bed & 2 single beds made a huge difference to us when we booked most 3x bedroom Villas only have 1x double bed & rest singles, also having the Villa all on one level was a big plus with small children. Personal contact with the owner also a big plus. Great value for money.

If I’m honest the kitchen was a bit small for the size of the Villa.

Casa Vilas was a spacious retreat with all the amenities a guest would want. One could simply enjoy the private pool and the many areas of the enclosed outdoor space or venture a few minutes to the sands of Playa Blanca or take the short drive to the wonderful Playa de Papagayo. The Marina Rubicon which is just a five-minute drive away offers many upscale dining and shopping options. We also took a wonderful wine tour that picked us up and dropped us off from the front door. Best of all, Mathida was a very gracious host. We enjoyed the convenience of self-check-in while knowing that she was always ready to provide instructions or answer a question.

Great villa with good layout. location in a quiet neighbourhood walking distance to playa Blanca and taxi only 5 euros. excellent communication with villa rep. Highly recommended.

Some utensils need upgrading.
