Villa Mount Royal

If I could score this higher I would. What an exceptional experience. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The rooms have comfortable beds. We had far reaching views which were spectacular. Our bathroom was the best we've had so far in Sri Lanka. Huge walk in rain shower with separate body jet spray. Glorious hot water. We ate there in the evening and the manager attended to all our needs. Breakfast was superb. After breakfast we did an optional tour with the manager to the local village and got to see the house and the families that live there. It was one of the hilights of the trip so far and was very moving. The manager is an absolute gem. What a lovely man and an asset to the hotel. Highly recommended 👌

Exceptional stay – truly 5⭐+ service We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special – the level of presentation and customer service was truly 5⭐+. One gentleman in particular (apologies that we can’t remember his name) took the time to personally take us on a village tour to meet the locals, and kindly translated our conversations, which made the experience incredibly authentic and memorable. The hotel itself sits high up on a hill with breathtaking views over the “Little England” tea plantations, which made every moment there feel special. Everything about our stay was amazing – the hospitality, the views, and the experiences. A heartfelt thank you to everyone – we will never forget it. 🙏

Nous étions au calme dans cet établissement où il n'y avait personne. Le personnel était très gentil quelques difficultés De communication Mais rien de grave

Le rapport qualité prix Et juste correct L'hygiène du personnel est un peu juste et pas adapté au tourisme.

El Villa Mount Royal nos ha encantado. Es una villa de estilo colonial británico, muy bien cuidada. La habitación es magnífica, muy amplia, cómoda, con un baño estupendo y todo impecable. Los desayunos son exquisitos, y el té que ofrecen es delicioso. El personal es realmente encantador, gracias por habernos tratado tan bien. Sin duda, recomendamos alojarse en esta villa.

Das Hotel hat nicht viele Betten, sodass man sehr exklusiv übernachtet. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Man hat beim Frühstück ein schönen Blick auf eine Teeplantage. Leider gab es in der Zeit starken Sturm, Nebel und Regen in Nuwara Eliya. Die Zimmer sind nicht beheizt, sodass wir Elektroheizungen auf unsere Zimmer bekamen.

Man hat den Wind in den Zimmer pfeiffen gehört.
