The location was great. The property was beautiful and private.

We stayed in two different rooms on the property. The newest facilities are exceptional and great value. The older cabins are less opulent, but still very comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the common space which had a great kitchen and comfortable seating areas.

The large gated property contains not only rooms for overnight but also a common area independent from the rooms that was available for meal prep if interested. A few animals roamed the property. The hostess is just lovely and gracious. Would stay again.

It is between Sta Elena and Monteverde, tucked behind a narrow gated driveway, so either a long walk or 10 min drive to Sta Elena for dinner meals. They do not serve breakfast or any meals on premises though a restaurant is close by for breakfast, within walking distance.

Very lovely and private family run rental compound with lovely grounds and cabins. Very close to Monteverde National Park. Owner met us and showed us around. Great place and highly recommended.

The villa was very beautifully furnished and decorated. We loved the morning view of the well maintained garden, where you could often see wild agutis having a snack. The shared kitchen area is in a separate building in the middle of the garden, and is very cosy and well decorated.

All good, we loved it!

It was tucked away in the woods in a cabin

A very enjoyable stay. The room was large and comfortable. The gardens were great with so much bird and animal life and plenty of seating. I particularly liked the shared kitchen and dining garden room. We cooked there one evening and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and crockery etc. The room is lit with twinkly lights to make for a very pleasant evening.

A Beautiful peaceful setting with a large garden with plenty of wildlife. White face monkeys jumped through the trees 2 out of 3 of our days. Great sharing lounge/ kitchen area. Next door to a wholefood shop and a couple of bakeries. You can also get the bus up to the cloud reserve and downtown until 4pm. The twin room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

Nothing I didn't like about the place itself. I would note that the local places all closed at 6 so I would recommend having a car to be able to get downtown for dinner as its a 40min walk and there are no ubers / taxis available.
