Room is very clean & comfortable, its worth to money. Breakfast delicious we eat one of the best food that we had so far our whole trip in Sri Lanka. The location is a very peaceful and beautiful View and close by Ella rock,Small Ravana waterfall, The nine arch bridge. We can highly recommend. You have to walk down the city center for 20 minutes.(Tuk tuk ride 10 minutes owner arrange reasonable price )“Astral Zone cottage” for other traveler who want to visit Sri Lanka best place to stay. The host is amazing, so kind, attentive, arranged tuktuks for us at about half the normal rate and helped us with anything and everything we needed. Very recommended.

Lovely little hideaway. The owner kindly arranged for a tuk tuk to collect us from the train station.The cottage was so homely and well equipped with everything you might need. We loved the veranda where you could relax and enjoy the quiet view down to Ella. It was really cool to see the trains coming along the line as well ( there aren't that many trains!) The owners wife cooked us dinner and breakfast - both meals were traditional Sri Lankan and really delicious. This property is a real gem if you like an authentic and home from home experience.

Nice view, good starting point to hike to Ella Rock, cottage for yourself, very friendly host, great breakfast and dinner!

The room was very clean and the hosts were extremely helpful in organizing our days in Ella also providing us some scooters. The dinner and the breakfast were the best food we had in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended!

The host and stay was fantastic, it was lovely to get out of the hustle and bustle. The cottage was peaceful, wonderful and the views were exceptional, just what we needed to chill and relax. The evening meal and breakfast were phenomenal, hard to finish, as there were so many choices and so much food. Well worth the trek up a little mountain, you won't regret it.

Probably the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka! We also recommend to eat dinner here at least once. Super friendly and helpful hosts - thank you so much! Clean and comfy room. It’s a little bit far from the city but they help you organizing a tuk tuk.

People here are so sweet! They make you feel at home straight away and put a smile on your face. They are very helpful when it comes to arranging taxi’s and activities!

Amazing cottage in the middle of the nature making it a truly unforgettable experience! Even greater was the host Maduranga and his family,they really live hospitality. Let it be the freshly made breakfast or all the great recommendations on things to do around Ella.
