The property was stunning! And the view across Oaxaca and the mountains was incredible, saw some beautiful sunrises and sunsets whilst here. The property was beautiful, had pretty much everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Grounds were lovely too, and it was so peaceful! Humberto was very helpful and helped me with any issues or questions I had about my stay.

It was a little far out from Oaxaca and cost 200 pesos per journey to and from the house into the centre, but I knew this beforehand and so it was ok with me. The property is shared with other people so it can be a potluck who you end up sharing the spaces with

Overall, we loved the house and the location. The views are very good, and the house itself is well-built, beautiful, and modern. The atmosphere was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the owners were very kind and willing to answer any questions. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need anything.

However, there were a few things we didn’t expect. Although we knew it wasn’t a hotel or bed and breakfast (which would have made a difference given its distance from other services), we didn’t anticipate that the kitchen, living room, and TV would be shared—our only certainty was the pool. This wasn’t clearly specified on Booking, so it was a bit of a surprise, especially since we were hoping for more privacy. Additionally, while the atmosphere was friendly, you can hear other guests from the room. The girl who gave us the tour was nice but didn’t provide detailed information about additional services or their prices. There is a sheet with brief details, but a more thorough explanation would have been helpful. The lack of a reception might also be a consideration if you prefer a more direct point of contact. Lastly, delivery services like Rappi and Didi struggle with the location, and the food often arrives in poor condition, so it’s better to bring your own supplies for cooking.

Partially Dirty road to get there, 20 mins to go to centre but you know what are you getting, so it’s a choice

The beautiful view and the help given when needing taxi or a car to take us to places.

The outdoor area was nice. As were the panoramic views.

Finding the place is crazy, our flight go delayed so we had to find it at night and it took us over an hour. The roads are in terrible condition even if the owner says it’s been repaired. All the apps send you through some random hills.
