I would say that this property is more expensive than comparable ones in Mexico. For the price you’d expect more in terms of breakfast / good quality coffee provided. It would be good if the host would also let you know that shops are very far away further in advance :)

The view was stunning, the loft room was super cozy with a huge bed and all necessities. Highly recommend 10/10

Everything about our stay here was simply perfect. Rafa was so helpful in firstly providing all the information we needed in order to get to the property and secondly in meeting us late in the night as we arrived and giving us the full tour. Upon leaving, our flight wasn't due to depart until late afternoon so Rafa very kindly allowed us to check out late. We're so grateful to Rafa, Miranda, Humberto, Imelda, and Laura for making our experience of visiting Oaxaca so special. My wife and I agreed that this is by far the best accommodation either of us had ever stayed in. The views of the city from the private terraces were staggering, while the various amenities such as the pool, volleyball net, outside grill, and vegetable garden just added to the experience. As much as we enjoyed our forays into the city, we always looked forward to returning to spend the evening drinking mezcal on the terrace as the sun set on this beautiful city.

Beautiful house with the wow factor. Floor to ceiling windows and the most incredible views.

The location was mesmerising, one of the most beautiful views of any place I've stayed in. I could have spent the whole week sitting on the generous wrap round balcony drinking it in.
