Furniture in living room needs upgrading otherwise beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. An airfryer, toasted sandwich grill and blender would be great appliances to include, especially for families with children who like quick meals and smoothies. The number of bathrooms accessible was great for a large family. Everything else was great.

No dislikes, just suggestions to improve.

I think having more clarity in the listing that there are others staying on the same property in units semi-attached units should be a must. Having your own set of rubbish bins would also be a great idea. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nice big house and great location. Would recommend.

Location

Villa wasn't what the photos advertised. Upstairs shower was broken, fish pond was sludge, pool table closed off as ceiling collapsing. Initially disappointed when we got there, but the house served the purpose of roomy accommodation, and close to activities. Would not say this was deluxe.

lots of space for our kids and families. close to all the attractions in Rotorua. very quite at night we slept well. beds were comfortable and heaps of spaces.

the shower pressures could have been better

Wonderful, spacious, fascinating and user friendly place. Awesome grounds. Easy access and messaging from hosts. Magnificent place if you are reconnecting with other families.

it would be petty to nitpick stuff. Older property but huge and welcoming.

Great spot, heaters kept the place warm.

It was good, the pool table room would of been cool

The location is perfect. A bit of a distance to the town but quite and you got privacy. The house is beautiful, very clean and comfy. I normally can't sleep much when staying in the hotel but this house is so welcoming i slept so well. We have a big group of friends and everyone loves it. We enjoyed our holiday because of this house.

The stove. It took us hours to cook dinner due to the stove is not that strong.
