Other than capable to accommodates large group, everything else needs improvement. Don’t trust the photos online, they definitely have filters on.

Smells bad when we enter the house, which needs airing, mouldy windows and cold even it has heating. Bed mattresses need replacement, some have caved in already. Water marks on some ceiling and walls, I question whether it is safe to stay in.

Nice location, good size rooms

The house is fallong apart. Ceilings falling in, clear signs of leaks. Pool room was off limits but this was a big part of why we booked the trip. When we asked about it we were told we could use it if we climbed through the window! Very cold, no heating so we complained and were told the heating only starts 1 April. The first night was so cold no one could sleep. The next day we were told they would put the heating on. It came on at 7pm and the radiators were red hot. Quite dangerous for the kids and a lot of them could not be adjusted. While theawn was mowed, the grounds are overgrown with weeds. At night there was a continous whirring noise, like a dryer, that kept guests awake. We could not access anywhere to turn it off. The kitchen oven and microwave had a horrid sweet smell to them. while i am.sure this house could be great it was not a comfortable stat.

I loved that the accommodate to big families and they also allowed us to have our fur-babies

The beds with the wood surround where a bit dangerous my mother cut her leg open on tje corner, the couch was a little uncomfortable.
