Amazing historical place, in the middle of a forest.

The private onsen was amazing! The historical aspects of the house preserved in the pictures and the decor were so interesting and gave us such a unique historical experience. Additionally, a member of our party left something personal behind, and the hosts found it, messaged us, and actually forwarded it to us! They went above and beyond to help us. Can't rate the host high enough. Hakone is beautiful, and it's easy to get around from this location.

Nothing for us but maybe others should keep in mind it's an old house. You shouldn't expect a "hotel" experience. Read the manual, you will find it helpful. Oh, one thing. The house is located right across the train station on a curve in the road, which can be busy with traffic. There are no nearby crosswalks. So, cross with caution!

Мы были в начале января, в доме было +5 градусов, пришлось закрыть все двери и несколько часов нагревать комнаты до комфортной температуры.

スタッフとホストの対応はとても素敵、部屋も最高でした。また泊まる機会があったら、シェフ派遣サービスも利用したいと思います。

Booking.comの問い合わせ体制が悪いか、とても悪い体験しました。

Absolutely beautiful fantastic property. Really great facilities and the owner was so helpful.

The parking is on site but we chose to use a parking garage up the road as the house is on a tight corner which makes it very dangerous to pull in and out of the driveway. But it was really worth parking elsewhere as the house was lovely.

Hôte hyper disponible, maison historique magnifique et très confortable (partie japonaise incroyable). Onsens extérieur et intérieur fabuleux Nous n’avions pas de véhicules et avons pu nous déplacer très facilement pour toutes les zones d’intérêt (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Très traditionnel :-)
