Twiga House Resort [ Piscina ☆☆☆☆☆ ] Pearl Beach

Cibo buono con vasta offerta, camere ampie, disponibilità dello staff, sempre tempestivamente pronto per accogliere qualsiasi richiesta. Per chi gradisce l'animazione, è presente con molte attività ed è gradevole.

Poca trasparenza: su Booking è descritta la formula all inclusive ma non è così, si tratta di una formula soft all inclusive (pur segnalando alla reception la scelta diversa effettuata alla prenotazione, non è stata cambiata la formula). Posizione lontana da Watamu centro. I taxi non possono entrare in struttura se non a inizio e fine soggiorno. Segnalo alcuni lavori in corso all'interno della struttura che possono lievemente disturbare.

La posizione e la spiaggia sono ottime, a due passi si trova Sardegna 2. Il buffet molto buono, pietanze prevalentemente mediterranee con un piccolo angolo Swaili, acqua pulita nelle stanze, camere sempre in ordine e pulite. Staff eccezionale, sempre super sorridenti , piccola pecca la stanza affacciava su una stradina esterna. Resort piccolo prevalentemente per coppie o famiglie molto tranquillo, animazione carina e non troppo insistente. Il punto forte sono i ragazzi che ci lavorano.

Le proposte delle escursioni le ritengo care.

Not even sure where to start! Had an all inclusive package and I was told that the information should be in the room, basically- go and discover, it’s not our duty to tell you about our hotel. After the long trip, I accepted that it should be fine, however, no English version on anything! All in Italian!!! Including the shower taps having C and F and have to guess which is hot and which is cold. Had to change rooms as well. Run down, dirty and unkempt , with ripped curtains and mosquito net. Even the plugs were different from the Kenyan plug G type, all European as well. The music was very very loud the whole day, entertainers shouting in Italian, really can’t describe it! The beach was full of very smelly algae . The food - very poor quality and limited options. Spent most of my interaction clarifying that I don’t speak Italian and have no idea what they are telling me. Despite this, some staff where actually nice, have to mention the maintenance team as they got me an adapter and I was able to charge my electronic devices. I’m sure that it’s a rather amazing place for the Italians, but as non italian- you’re rather left to guess what is going on.

Établissement très propre et très bien situé. Le personnel est très serviable et les animateurs très agréable. La nourriture est bonne, particulièrement le stand de pâte qui change midi et soir. L’hôtel et son personnel parle en italien, ainsi que le personnel d’animation via la réservation d’agence italienne. Nous avons cependant été très bien accueilli, même si nous étions les seuls français.

La stanza è un po' anni '90 ma va bene per chi non ha troppe pretese. Il resort ha una bella piscina e una comoda spiaggia privata (non abbiate paura dei Beach Boys in quanto a loro non è consentito accedervi). È frequentato soltanto da italiani (che prenotano tramite agenzie) e per questo motivo è sempre presente l'animazione di Futura Vacanze che con il loro staff vi terrà compagnia. Nei momenti di bassa marea è possibile raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia "Sardegna 2". Ci siamo fatti portare in barchetta da un paio di Beach Boys simpaticissimi che ci hanno regalato momenti indimenticabili!
