1. The view is awesome. 2. Stuff is very generous and kind (diamond of this resort)

1. Pool walls should be cleaned, looks dirty and disgusting. 2. They give you snorkeling equipment, but I’m really not recommending to rent there, you might have problems with mask and eventually you will find out only in the ocean that the mask is leaking. 3. Room service delivery 50 000rp this is extremely expensive, I believe it should be reviewed.

What did you enjoy most about your stay? Communication was very easy, the location is beautiful, the view was incredible, and the staff were very welcoming.

Just a few minor things to bring to your attention: the front door didn’t lock and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Also, the shuttle service running only twice a day felt a bit limiting, especially in Amed, where options are limited. It would be great to have more flexible timings and return transfers.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé ! Le cadre est incroyable avec une vue magnifique, la villa est spacieuse, propre et très bien entretenue. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et attentionné. Les services proposés (massage, dîner, petit-déjeuner) étaient parfaits et de grande qualité. C’était un séjour inoubliable.

Rien du tout, tout était parfait.
