Natura Resort and Spa Ubud

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is beautifully located in a peaceful and scenic setting. The staff were absolutely fantastic – always kind, welcoming, and eager to help. The food was delicious, with plenty of great options to choose from. Our room was very comfortable, and we felt relaxed throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back in the future!

The natural surroundings were a peaceful break from the traffic and smog of Ubud. The villa was spacious, comfy and clean and the staff (from reception, to housekeeping, to breakfast team) were so friendly and welcoming

The roosters and dogs in the surrounding area were relentless; it was hard to sleep in the mornings even with ear plugs in. This is completely out of the control of the resort, not their fault at all, just something to be aware of ahead of time so you bring ear plugs.

The hotel is a piece of heaven, strategically located in Ubud on the upper part of the jungle site where you can see monkeys and birds in their natural habitat while dining at the dining terrace. We got the two-bedroom villa which was spacious and very comfortably furnished and the view from our villa was amazing. I also used their massage services which were excellent and very reasonably priced. They offered us free foot massages also upon check in which was a very nice addition.

This is the place if you are looking for comfort, luxury, nature, and jungle views. I would however have liked to be able to go down to the jungle below the hotel and explore. This is one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel. But access was not allowed for security. I would suggest for the hotel to organize jungle trekking with an expert for hotel tenants. This way access to the jungle is regulated but for tourists this access makes a big difference. Food was very delicious but the portions were very small for the price paid. Also, just note that this hotel is on the jungle side and not accessible directly to rice terraces by walking.

We had an amazing stay at Natura Resort. We are traveling around Bali to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and Natura Resort made it extra special by thoughtfully welcoming us with beautiful flower decorations in our room. The service was truly exceptional. Everything we asked for was possible: a flower bath prepared for us after a long day, breakfast served in our villa or by the pool, and even in-villa massages. The kitchen staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Darwin was our hero throughout our stay. He helped us with absolutely everything. We mentioned that we found the breakfast portions a little small, and from the very next day he made sure we received some extra items. He gave us very useful advice and recommendations and always made us feel safe and heard. For example, when monkeys suddenly appeared in our garden, a team was there within a minute to gently guide them away. We are extremely satisfied and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. A special thank you to Darwin and the entire team for turning our visit into such a wonderful experience. The villa and private pool were absolutely stunning. We were completely amazed by the breathtaking jungle view from our villa. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our anniversary. We highly recommend Natura Resort and would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
