Natura Resort and Spa Ubud

Tout, le natura villa resort and spa est un petit coin de paradis caché près d'Ubud. Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous. Ils sont gentils, efficaces et discrets nous avons passé 2 jours de rêve pour notre lune de miel. Nous aurions volontiers prolongé cette parenthèse enchantée. Merci à toute l'équipe et Veren pour leurs attentions.

dass halt echt viele Viecher da leben und du definitiv nur mit Tieren da schlafen kannst seidessen man kauft sich im Supermarkt einfach dieses Spray und ballert die alle weg. Das muss man zweimal am Tag machen und gut ist.

The location and traditional luxury villas were absolutely stunning

The management, particularly Darwin. The manager acted like we were an annoyance. We had two of the biggest/nicest villas, spent more money on our accommodation than the other guests there (there wasn’t a lot) and were treated like we were beneath them. In house restaurant was a farce. Told we could only order one pizza for a party of 7, we’d try order 3 eggs benny, they tell us we could only have two. Serving sizes were smaller than I’ve ever experienced before, especially for the ridiculously expensive prices plus a 21% service fee. I’m happy to pay decent prices for a fancy restaurant but this was an absolute joke. The restaurant staff were too young and untrained, I felt bad for them and they were so young but kept being told to tell us about constant rule changes around food and service that just didn’t make sense. We were told about the complimentary shuttle bus into Ubud central and what times they left, then when we arrived at those times told we were then told we had to book an hour before?? Rooms weren’t cleaned well while we were away on our day trips. We absolutely soaked up what we could of the beautiful villas and location but tried to steer clear of anything to do with the running of the place.

Soggiornare qui è stato veramente un sogno! La struttura immersa nella giungla era curatissima e pulita, il personale davvero disponibile e gentile, il cibo buonissimo e il posto era veramente wow
